2015-2017

Wyoming State Representatives Dan Zwonitzer (R-Cheyenne) and Charles Pelkey (D-Albany) attempted to introduce HB 122, Death with Dignity Act, on January 12, 2017. The bill was not considered by the legislature.

In 2015, Representative Zwonitzer introduced HB 119, the Wyoming Death with Dignity Act. The bill was tabled by a House committee with a recommendation it be researched by an interim committee. The 2015 session was the second session in which an aid-in-dying bill was considered by the Wyoming legislature. The first occurred in 2004 (SF 7).
