Week 45/2016 in the Death with Dignity Movement

In the week from November 7 to November 13, 2016:

• Colorado voters overwhelmingly, by a 65 to 35 percent or 2 to 1 margin, approved Proposition 106, the End of Life Option Act. This makes Colorado the 5th state with a Death with Dignity statute and the 6th where the practice is legal.
